Between the windsor couple they
owned 118 steamer trunks for their opulent travel excursions. Edwards fondness
of animals was apparent from boyhood. Throughout the 1920's his interest
in Point to Point horse racing was to lead him to serious falls while participating
in the dangerous sport. |

By Tradition the royal family would spend the holiday
season at Sandringham. Upon Departure in 1934, Edward presented Mrs. Simpson
with an 'adorable' Cairne Puppy, named Slipper, whom they nicknamed"Mr.
Loo."
